This presentation will focus on identifying federal and state resources to assist Florida manufacturers and services providers companies plan their international sales strategies and succeed in the global marketplace. Joseph Bell, Regional Manager,
Joseph Bell, Regional Manager, International Trade Development at Enterprise Florida, support Florida companies to promote their products and services in overseas markets and to develop their global growth strategies through the delivery of Enterprise Florida related programs and services. He is a NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) with certified knowledge of the various facets of international trade.
Mr. Bell brings a decade of economic development experience with the state of Florida. His expertise ranges from business recruitment and retention to tax credits and incentives management and program management. Joseph’s career highlights include more than 200 successful projects representing more than 36,000 projected jobs and $31 billion in capital investment.
Sandra Campbell, Director

Sandra Campbell is the Director of the Tampa Bay Export Assistance Center of the U.S. Department of Commerce in Clearwater, Florida. Since 1998, Sandra has counseled and developed export strategies for small and medium-sized companies with U.S. products and services throughout the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida regions. Sandra is a cum laude, honors program graduate from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and International Business, and minor in Italian. Sandra also attended Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England and the Università per Stranieri di Perugia in Perugia, Italy.
Sandra serves on the Board of Directors for the FBI Tampa Bay Citizens Academy Alumni Association, is a member of the Tampa Bay Area Committee on Foreign Relations, and is a NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional since 2006.
Sandro Murtas, CICP, CGBP, Regional Export Finance Manager,
Central & Northern Florida, Office of International Trade, U.S. Small Business Administration
In addition, he was a Global Trade Specialist at Synovus Bank’s Government Guaranteed Lending Group. Previous to joining SBA, he was the Director of the International Trade Center of the Puerto Rico Small Business & Technology Development Center.
He is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) by the North America International Trade Educators (NASBITE) and a Certified International Credit Professional by the Finance, Credit International Business Association (FCIB). He has participated in many conferences and seminars as a speaker in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, Barbados, and Italy. He has published in journals, newspapers and magazines. He is a graduate of Wichita State University where he received an Economics and International Business undergraduate degree and an MA in Business Economics.
